Bass Guitar player and vocalist Tony Yates has been with The Garage Band since its inception. A native Texan and long time Bay Area favorite, Tony has played with some great local bands including the San Jo Flo, and The Source.

His gritty vocals and funky bass style adds a layer of passion to this band’s fantastic depth. Tony’s exceptional breadth of experience in different styles of music makes him just as comfortable with a Jazz song as he is with Rock-n-Roll or Blues. His high energy stage presence reveals his great love for the music.
